Free delivery from 200 € for Switzerland, Germany, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom (U.K.), Luxembourg, Denmark and Belgium.
The products are delivered to the delivery address indicated during the ordering process, within the period indicated on the order validation page.
In the event of a delay in shipment, an email will be sent to you to inform you of any possible consequence on the delivery time that has been indicated to you.
In accordance with the legal provisions, in the event of late delivery, you benefit from the possibility of cancelling the order under the terms and conditions defined in article L 138-2 of the Consumer Code. If in the meantime you receive the product, we will proceed to reimburse it and the shipping costs under the conditions of article L 138-3 of the Consumer Code.
In case of deliveries by a carrier, La Compagnie de l’huile d’olive cannot be held responsible for late delivery due exclusively to the unavailability of the customer after several proposals for appointments.

When the order is made on the internet you receive an automatic email announcing the dispatch of your order.
– For France, the package is delivered against signature and in case of absence, it is deposited in the nearest post office.
– For the parcels of the E.U. and Switzerland zone the transport is carried out according to the agreements of the Post office with their providers in the country. The parcel is delivered against signature.

For deliveries in France, Corsica and Monaco the deadline by which La Compagnie de l’huile d’olive commits to deliver is from 3 days to 7 days from the confirmation of payment. For deliveries in the countries of the E.U. and Switzerland, the deadline by which La Compagnie de l’huile d’olive commits itself to deliver is from 7 days to 2 weeks from the confirmation of payment.

For deliveries in France, Corsica and Monaco the deadline by which La Compagnie de l’huile d’olive commits to deliver is from 3 days to 7 days from the confirmation of payment.
Problem of delivery :
The buyer is required to check the condition of the packaging and the conformity of the products delivered as soon as the package is handed over to him.
Any claim for non-conformity of the products delivered must be notified by the buyer, by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt, within 72 hours of receipt both to the carrier whose address is on the delivery note and to the Customer Service of our company. An e-mail may also be sent to us at the following address: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Any complaint about apparent defects in the products delivered must be notified by the buyer within 8 days of receipt by sending a registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt to our company’s Customer Service department or an e-mail to the following address: email@example.com.
It will be up to the buyer to provide La Compagnie de l’huile d’olive with any necessary justification for its claim.
If the claim is accepted, the buyer will be able to benefit from the conditions of refund or exchange provided below.
In the absence of a complaint made within the above-mentioned time limits, the products will be deemed to be in conformity and accepted by the buyer.
