The products are delivered to the delivery address indicated during the order process, within the time indicated on the order confirmation page.
In case of delay of shipment, an email will be sent to inform you of a possible consequence on the delivery time which has been indicated to you.

In case of deliveries by a carrier, La Compagnie de l’huile d’olive can not be held responsible for late delivery due exclusively to the unavailability of the customer after several proposals for appointments.

For deliveries in countries of the U.E and Switzerland zones, the deadline to which La Compagnie de l’huile d’olive undertakes to deliver is 7 days to 2 weeks from the confirmation of payment.

Delivery problem :
