List of ingredients for Tapenade :
200 g of Lucques variety olives
6 anchovy fillets
3 teaspoons capers in vinegar
1 clove of garlic
10 cl extra virgin olive oil Negrette Moulin Paradis
Preparation of Tapenade with olives :
Fancy a tapenade? For 6 people, you will need 250 g of Lucques de Provence green olives, 6 anchovy fillets in oil, 3 teaspoons of capers in vinegar, 1 clove of garlic and 10 cl of Negrette Moulin Paradis extra virgin olive oil from our olive grower Christophe Paradis!
Start by chopping the olives with a knife and peel the garlic clove.
Drain your anchovy fillets and dry them with an absorbent paper towel. It is important to tear the anchovy fillets and then drain the capers.
Put our Lucques de Provence green olives, anchovies and capers in the bowl of a blender and blend while adding the famous Negrette Moulin Paradis extra virgin olive oil fillet to obtain a delicious tapenade!
You can now enjoy it on small slices of toast or olive-based sticks.
