150g thyme, linden and lavender honey
250g almond powder
4 teaspoons orange blossom water
5 teaspoons icing sugar

To make the recipe for almond paste with thyme, linden and lavender honey, place the almond powder evenly on a baking tray and place in the oven for 10 minutes at 150°C.
In a salad bowl, mix the almond powder, the thyme, linden and lavender honey and the orange blossom water. Knead well to obtain a homogeneous ball of dough.
Form a large bar or several small ones, according to your desires.
Sprinkle with icing sugar and wrap in baking paper.
Leave in the fridge for at least 4 hours before tasting or carving.
