Extra virgin AOC 100% organic olive oil from Provence produced in Cuers, Var, France. Olive oil from Vallon de L’Allamande has an authentic green fruity dominated by herbaceous sensations. Made from 5 varieties of olives: Aglandau, Bouteillan, Cayon, Cayet roux, Salonenque. The aromas are mainly reminiscent of cut grass and raw artichoke. Its taste is intense with a certain ardour and a slight bitterness typical of the AOC de Provence. The acidity level and peroxide value are minimal. Olive oil retains its polyphenol and antioxidant levels.
An ideal oil to accompany meat, fish and starchy foods.
