- 2 teaspoons thyme, linden and lavender honey
- 2 teaspoons of mustard
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 clove of garlic
- 5 tablespoons of extra virgin PDO olive oil from Nyons Moulin de
- Haute Provence – Ripe fruity
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Salt, pepper
To make the recipe of vinaigrette with olive oil and thyme, linden and lavender honey, mix the mustard, balsamic vinegar and thyme, linden and lavender honey in a bowl, add salt and pepper.
Mix and assemble the vinaigrette like a mayonnaise by adding the olive oil of Nyons PDO Moulin de Haute Provence – ripe fruity.
Then add the lemon juice and mix.
