400 g of spaghettis
50 g fresh basil
2 cloves of garlic
100 g pine nuts
20 cl of Nyons PDO extra virgin olive oil from our olive grower Michel Fayant
70 g parmesan cheese
Cook the spaghettis al dente (about 7 min).
In a mortar or blender, crush or blend the basil with the garlic until smooth.
Put the preparation in a bowl, then gradually add the Nyons extra virgin olive oil while stirring.
Drain the pasta, mix with the pesto and serve.
Add the parmesan to the spaghetti, season and mix.
Your dish is ready to eat!
