Provencal ratatouille recipe
Ingredient for 4 people
2 cloves of garlic
2 peppers for colour (red or yellow)
Organic PDO olive oil from Provence
Cut the vegetables into large cubes.
Heat the olive oil in a large saucepan over low heat and melt the onions and garlic cloves.
Then add the aubergines and cook for 10 min.
Add the zucchini and pepper and cook for another 5 min.
Finish with the tomatoes. Leave to cook, covered, for 30 minutes on low heat.
