Recipe lemon and lavender honey cake


125g of butter
50g of sugar
175g of flour
3 eggs
½ sachet of baking powder
75g of mountain lavender honey
1 squeezed lemon


Preheat your oven to 180°C.

Beat the butter with the sugar until the mixture is smooth.

Add a pinch of salt and the mountain lavender honey and mix.

Add the eggs one by one while stirring and then the lemon juice.

Finish by adding the sifted flour.

Butter a cake tin and fill it with the preparation.

Bake for about 45 minutes, keeping an eye on the baking.
