List of ingredients :

60g of pitted Lucques de Provence olives
4 to 5 cloves of garlic
Extra virgin olive oil AOC 

Preparation of olives marinated in harissa with extra virgin olive oil :

Ideal for an aperitif with a spicy appetizer, La Compagnie de l’Huile d’Olive invites you to discover the Lucques de Provence olives marinated with harissa, for 4 people. You will first need 60 g of pitted olives, 4 to 5 cloves of garlic, harissa and of course the extra virgin olive oil AOC  from our olive grower Arnaud Truphème.

To prepare them, there is nothing simpler: peel and chop the garlic cloves. Then remove the juice and leave them in a jar. Add the harissa and the garlic while taking care to dose the harissa according to your pronounced taste for spiciness!

The best for the end, add a drizzle of organic AOC extra virgin olive oil in the jar and shake to mix well.

Your spicy Lucques de Provence olives are ready to eat!
